The watch is completely dissasembled and all the parts are ultrasonically cleaned, degreased and then individually inspected for any signs of excessive wear.
Your Case Frame, Case Back, Bracelet will go to each case department for professional refinishing. Crystal seal and crown gaskets are replaced with new seals and gaskets using only genuine manufacturers’ parts.
All moving parts are then lubricated with only the highest grade lubrications and oils during reassembly process.
Once your watch has been completely reassembled, it is thoroughly tested to our exacting standards over a period of 72 hours to assure accuracy, water resistance, and proper operation of all functionality. Any required adjustments will be made accordingly.
We provide 2 year guarantee/warranty on parts and services.

I have a 2009 Rolex GMT that I had never serviced, and the hour hand had started lagging. I sent my watch to Four Crowns, and Shant was quick to email me an estimate. A complete overhaul and the replacement of a few parts was done in about 10 business days. The watch looked great when it was overnighted back to me.
I took my Panerai to Shant for an issue with the winding mechanism. He examined my watch and was able to diagnose what the problem was. The service cost was much less than anticipated. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and discovered that Shant is tremendously knowledgeable about vintage mechanical watches. He's very passionate about what he does and provides outstanding customer service. He'll be my watch expert for as long as I own mechanical timepieces.
